Maroccan Orange Salad & Olives

Ingredients list
  • Oranges
  • Red onion
  • BARNIER Black Olives Nyons
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Spices (cumin, sweet paprika, and/or coriander)
  • Fresh mint


  • Peel oranges, cut into quarters and remove seeds, working over a bowl to collect the juice
  • Place the quarters in a dish, add sliced red onion and our BARNIER Black Olives Nyons
  • For seasoning: whisk olive oil with reserved orange juice and add lemon juice, salt, pepper and spices (cumin, sweet pepper or coriander powder)
  • Stir everything together and place a few mint leaves
  • Serve chilled
