Instructions
Heat oil in a pan to brown the duck legs on all sides
Once browned, slow down to medium heat and let cook for about 45 minutes with a little water if necessary. Turn the legs from time to time.
Add some vegetables if you wish
Add some
Black and Green Barnier Olives
of your choice and leave for another ten minutes
Serve with mashed potatoes
