Duck with Olives

Ingredients list
  • Oil
  • Duck legs
  • Barnier Black and Green Olives
  • Potatoes
  • Optional: Vegetables of your choice


  • Heat oil in a pan to brown the duck legs on all sides
  • Once browned, slow down to medium heat and let cook for about 45 minutes with a little water if necessary. Turn the legs from time to time.
  • Add some vegetables if you wish
  • Add some Black and Green Barnier Olives of your choice and leave for another ten minutes
  • Serve with mashed potatoes
