Pizza with Black and Green Olives

Ingredients list
  • Pizza dough
  • Tomato puree
  • Mozzarella
  • Red onion
  • Anchovies
  • Grated cheese
  • Barnier green and black olives Basil


  • Preheat the oven to its maximum temperature in static heat at least 30 minutes before starting to arrange the pizza
  • Generously coat the pizza dough with a layer of tomato puree
  • Add slices of mozzarella, slices of red onion, anchovies and grated cheese
  • Place in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Halfway through cooking, place a few of our BARNIER Black and Green Olives on the pizza.
  • Before serving, sprinkle with a few basil leaves
