Olives Cake

Ingredients list
  • Flour
  • Baking powder
  • Grated cheese
  • Egg
  • Milk
  • Olive oil
  • Black Olives Nyons
  • Salt
  • Pepper


• Combine 2 cups (or 250g) of flour and 1 tablespoon of baking powder in a large mixing bowl and add about 1 ½ cup (or 100-150g) of grated cheese
• Add 3 eggs, 1 little glass of milk, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt & pepper
• Add the BARNIER Black Olives Nyons
• Mix all the ingredients until you obtain a runny mixture
• Pour the mixture in a greased oven dish, then bake for around 40 minutes at 356°F
• Remove from the oven and let cool for 20 minutes before serving
