Preheat the oven to 356°F and in a bowl combine:
– 2 cups (or 250g) of flour
– 1 tablespoon of baking powder
– 4 eggs
– ½ cup (or 100ml) oil
– 2 tablespoons (or 25ml) of dry white wine
Mix until combined and add chorizo, some of our BARNIER Black Olives with Provence Herbs, some of our BARNIER Green Olives Picholines and grated cheese
Butter mini-cake tins and pour in the mixture
Bake for 20-25 minutes for muffins (and another 10-15 minutes for cakes)
