Mini Cakes with Olives & Chorizo

Ingredients list
  • Flour
  • Baking powder
  • Eggs
  • Oil
  • Dry white wine
  • Chorizo
  • BARNIER Black Olives with Provence Herbs
  • BARNIER Green Olives Picholines
  • Grated cheese
  • Butter


  • Preheat the oven to 356°F and in a bowl combine:
    – 2 cups (or 250g) of flour
    – 1 tablespoon of baking powder
    – 4 eggs
    – ½ cup (or 100ml) oil
    – 2 tablespoons (or 25ml) of dry white wine
  • Mix until combined and add chorizo, some of our BARNIER Black Olives with Provence Herbs, some of our BARNIER Green Olives Picholines and grated cheese
  • Butter mini-cake tins and pour in the mixture
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes for muffins (and another 10-15 minutes for cakes)
